•We specializes in Strategic Business Management that includes Project Management, Business Plan Development, Grant Writing and Grant Management, Public Relations, Revenue Cycle Management Consulting (Health Information Technology, Financial A/R Review), and Network Marketing.

 

•We are seasoned project managers with over 20 years of expertise in the healthcare field with emphasis on revenue cycle management. Our experience includes managing and auditing over $2.2 billion dollars in revenue based programs/initiatives, writing proposals, and responding to bid opportunities.

 

•Our staff have advanced degrees that include Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management (MPM), and Information Systems Management (MISM) from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois.

 

•Our staff are community activists that currently serves as an Adjust Chaplin and hospice volunteers at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Our goals are to continue to promote and improve awareness through strategic business management for small business, non profit organizations, and corporations.
